Default Getting an XJ

Heading out in about an hour for Ft. Mitchell, KY to buy a 2015 XJL. Hopefully I will be heading back to Raleigh on Monday afternoon with her. Found a British Racing Green with London Tan and the Burl Walnut with 7985 miles. Wish me luck.

Private owner or MB of Ft Mitchell? That is my old stomping ground. Hope it's everything you thought it would be

Got it from MB of Ft. Mitchell. Outstanding people to work with and the car is great. Loved driving it over the West Virginia Turnpike. Fiancee loves and she is no car person or gearhead like me. She enjoyed riding at 80 plus on the turnpike while reading the paper. Will post up some pictures of it tomorrow as I am at work. Got it for 50g.

Nicely done. I looked at it on the dealer website, nice color combo.

Don't claim to be a great photographer but here are a few pictures of the Big Cat. I am impressed by how it handles. Told the boss it would be fun to put some sticky Michelin Pilot Cup Sports on it but I am sure it would burn them up quick.

Thanks for all of the compliments. It is a 3.0 AWD. I would be in jail with either one of the V8 versions.

I'm impressed with the grunt the supercharged V6 has. According to Road and Track, the V8 is less than 0.5 sec faster.

That's true, the supercharged v6 with the 8 speed is pretty much equal on acceleration of the stock NA 5.0 6 speed in my opinion purely based on me driving both. Not sure on the actual numbers. But it does lack in sound.

That's the best colour combo for a Jag. IMO Jaguar should ONLY offer that. No other colours allowed.
