This web site has good info on Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs). These are known quality, material and mechanical defects. Not all will be applicable to your Jag, but some may. I was able to have the "sticky button" issue repaired under factory warranty which required the replacement of numerous steering wheel, console, and dash buttons and switches. These are not factory recall items, which are safety related. Unless you do the research yourself, you'll never know about these problems. You will have to select the model and year to get the correct info.
