Congrats hope you have many years of pleasure. One question what is the dark rectangular piece around the front grill growler?

Lovely car, I have seen those pieces around the badge as well on an XF, also some Merc S class have something similar, I wonder if it is to do with adaptive cruise maybe ?

Congrats mate, excellent choice! Upload some more pics, esp. of the interior. I like the new diamond stitch pattern on the seats.

Hello Ed

I am considering a 2016 XJ - currently drive an XF. I'm in Ottawa and it looks like you're n Manitoba. Have you put on winter tires? If yes, what did you go with?

Can't see many options on Tirerack.

Thanks for your time

I kept the stock p zero Nero's on this year to see how they are. I had an audi s4 before that I had nokian hakapalitas on. Was there a difference?

Yes

Enough to drop 3-5k on winters?

I don't think so. I find that as long as I'm careful on really bad days I'm fine. They drive great in regular winter weather.

Thanks Ed

I drive an M3 with winter tires and just came out of a BMW 750li. The Jag has a lovely interior - that is what sells me. I was disappointed with the BMW 750 frankly.

I picked up an XF last year for the family and have been very pleased with it but want more luxury - the XJ seems to fit the bill.

Cheers

Hi Ed.
Could you please make some photo how your LED lights are looking on the garage door or something like that?
Thanks
