Really need to pull the OBD codes to further diagnose your rear door locking issues.

I've done it twice. No fault codes.

What code reader did you use?
Unless you have an SDD you can't see these "deeper" codes.
Normal OBD stuff is mostly drive train related you are down in the fine details of the car.

Have a look at the attached for code detail. BTW your code reader isn't capable of reading the full Jaguar codes i.e. B1B54-11 or B1B54-12. If you could get access to the Jaguar diagnostic system (SDD) you may be able to learn more details about this issue (an on demand self test) and that of your rear doors.

Any ideas? Every morning on the first run parking system is working, sensors and camera all good. When I turn off the engine and ignition on again- the system stop working. After few hours it is working again, and stopping again.
