Hello fellow members, I know this thread had been discussed before, the problem that I am having is when turning the steering wheel the 12 o'clock position where the volume controls will be on the up position I used the tool JLR 501-168 as discussed it does click and I can see the metal rod that is securing it disengage, when I turn the steering on the other side so the menu control to be on the top position I hear the click and the metal rod engage again for the side that I had already done, the metal rod on the menu control side does not click (as soon as I remove the tool it engages again), I have tried this several times to no success, please help.
