tachometer miles >> km/h ?

as far as I remember you can do it by going into the tachometer settings. I don’t 100% remember though.

On left hand drive cars, the button to switch the odometer display between imperial and metric is located on the dash down by your left knee. If you have a navigation screen, there is a setting in the menus to change navigation and climate control between imperial and metric. Those are the only user changes I am aware of.
If you are asking about changing the speedometer dial that shows current speed between imperial and metric, I think you would have to involve a dealer, to the extent it is possible. I certainly did not go that far when I moved my X350 from a metric country to an imperial country, and nor was I required to make that change.
edit - I just realized I am in the X351 forum and my response is for X350's. Sorry about that.

I presume you mean speedometer and not tachometer. tachometers read engine revolutions per minute, which is the same irrespective of metric or imperial systems. Most speedometers already indicate in both miles per hour and kilometres per hour, at least on cars in North America where we have both systems. If this is a car that indicates only in miles per hour, then you'll need to change the gauge face. The only thing that can be changed on the car is whether the odometer indicates in total accumulated miles or total accumulated kilometres.
