Hello all.

Trying to find out some info on the 05 XJR that I just took possession.

The one problem is the passenger side hid keep cutting out after a while and from research it's either the bulb or the ballast is on the way out.

I need to know if the 05 XJR is using D1S or D2S or D2R type bulb because from search result on yahoo the info is conflicting. Also is the ballast the Valeo type ballast?

High beam bulb is it H7 type bulb?

Is the fog light a HID version or just regular bulb and what type?

Wow thanks alot. I really appreciate it. Guess I will swap out the D2s bulb from my old project to isolate the problem if it's just the bulb or the ballast problem. Guess with the D2s bulb then the ballast will the the Valeo unit then. Will have to wait until the rain stop before I can tackle it in few days.

Another thing is I can't just switch those regular bulbs to those LED version without load resisteor right?
