Turn the rotor in this context mean send the rotor to get it resurface via lathe machine from machine shop or some workshop. The rear Brembo caliper brake changing will be like the front caliper style straight retract back since it doesn't have parking brake self adjusting mechanism in there that typically needs press and turn style. Cheapest and easiest way is using the old pads as a stopper and use a C-Clamp.
