Hello all,

I decided to start a new thread since this is a new issue. I have a small oil leak in front of my oil pan and do not know where it is coming from. Has anyone experience this? It is coming from above the oil pan and it is a small tiny stream that drips only when the vehicle is running. I tried to shine a light to see where it is coming from but didn't find it as of yet. It appears to be behind the oil filter and upwards somewhere.

Next Day, I pulled the drip pan I had underneath car and there was not much oil that had fell. I started car and let it run and no more leaks... I am guessing when I took the car off jacks that there may have been oil in the valley of motor??? I let the front down first and it was way too low to get jack out. I jacked it back up and let the back down first and then the front. I am assuming this is where that oil came from.

 

Hi did you ever find out the source of the leak? Mines leaking from exactly the same spot you mentioned? I can't seem to pin point where ita coming from
