I have a problem with my car stereo. Sometimes after I hit a bump or a pothole, my stereo will stop working for anywhere from a couple minutes to several days. Also, the DVD player for my rear entertainment system will lose power.

Can anyone provide help on what to do? The car is still in its select edition warranty but the dealer said this would not be covered. I will do basic things like chang bulbs, but I've never messed with the electronics.
