Just replaced all the wheel bearings on my 2005 VDP. Was hearing some sounds I couldn't pinpoint. 106,000 mi. Actually replaced the front hubs. Anyhow they were all fine.. Didn't pay much attention to the axle boots. After test drive found R. outer split (rotten). Anyhow NAPA doesn't even list them. Had to order from Rock Auto. Is it possible to replace outers with out pulling axles. Jag manual isn't very comprehensive. Thanks

 

You can buy split boots but I have never used them
