Default Camshaft sensor replacement

My 04 xjr has given me the 0345 and 0346 Bank 2 camshaft sensor code. I beleive a mouse may have bitten the wire in half. From what very little i have been able to find on google, the sensor appears to be located at the back inside top area of the cylinder head. It looks extremely hard to get to. Does anyone have any tips for performing this replacement? Idk if the cowling needs come out or if there is some trick to doing this. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Default Camshaft sensor

Hi Catsgame,
I think you are right, it appears the camshaft sensors are at the back inside edge of the cylinder heads.
The parts diagrams aren't very clear, but here are two pics of the sensors and where I think they go on the head.
The good news is that they seem to be secured by one 10mm bolt each.

I hope this helps

Sensor fits here?
