04 XJR I think it's the long brittle plastic tube that connects to the pcv valve? The round thing on the left top of valve cover. I had the Charger off, got everything else back together but can not figure our where that connects, plus it broke so wondering if maybe some heater hose would be a better option? Thanks all this has been a HUGE project so looking forward to firing her up soon!

Thanks again Jackra it looks like it wrapped underneath from the passenger side and should have been attached before everything else went back on. I have everything back together so looks like this may be fun to try and attach way up in there ugh so close yet so far..

 

Some pics that might help. I do have an oil catch can at the PCV end of the tube in question.

It runs just under where the driver side charge cooler connects to the "spreader" inlet. It goes all the way back and curves around and under to where it joins the elbow.

 

Heater hose is not impervious to vapor, so you would not want to use a heater hose. There is specific hose for use with vapor.

 

I am also have the oil issue in the intercoolers and want to install a oil catch can. Does anybody have a source for plastic fittings that connect the hose at the Supercharger elbo or PCV valve?

Thats a good question.

I had no luck at all when I searched for something and ended up with a bit of a kluged connection. However it works.

I actually used my old, but good, valley hose for part of the solution.

If I could use something more appropriate I would.
