DSC is not available after changing ECU

Hello gents,
XJ6 got water leak along to the ECU all connectors are worned out ,so I had to replace ECU with a new one.
Damged
ECM has been changed also EEPROM changed from old PCM to the new one.
The car started but with limited performance when you drive it you feel like the car is not taking the order to accelerate dashboard shows "DSC is not available"
I connected SDD I found two permanent error.
U0300-55 internal control module software incomptability.
B1987 pedal forward/rearward motor stalled .
I tried to reprogram ECM but it gives me an error while reading climate control
I programmed REAR control module successfully
Would anybody mind helping me with this problem.
The car parked for 5 months waiting for ECU to reach us from USA extra 6 month with this problem no one could fix it as you know no shops specialized in jaguar in Libya that is way the car looks so miserable
Thanks in advance

Sorry that you have had no replies but I can't help much since I rarely have problems with my Jag.
If the ECU was that badly damaged are you sure that the pins in the ECU connector are clean and ok?
Are you sure that you have the correct replacement ECU?
Have you googled U0300-55?
I have given up on Mongoose clones myself (if that is what you are using).
There is a guy in Doncaster Uk who is a highly regarded Jag specialist and you might want to have a word with him.
He is an independent.

Good luck

PS Maybe he could reprogram the ECU and send it back to you.

PPS There is another firm in Kent who repair modules etc.

Did the ECU take a bath? Wow, never saw one that damaged!
