electronics shut off while driving and car will not start

I have a 2004 jaguar xjr supercharger
After a few months of buying it it start making some electrical problems, sometimes in middle driving I start to hear some clicks from somewhere and then all gauges goes down to zero and all dash lights comes on and it comes on messages on the dash like 'cruise not available' no parkbreak and more like that and the fan is turning on and the red security light under the windshield starts blinking fast shots and the steering becomes stiff and I cannot use any electric buttons. And then when I turn off the car I cannot turn it back on all lights come on but not the engine until I usually wait a few minutes then it comes on.
So basically this problem can come any time when the car decides to bitch with me ,
It makes me so nuts when it happens I don't know what to do,
I NEED HELP!!!

A week before the problem started I gave my car for some professional to install a remote starter so I think maybe this causes the problem ?!?!?

And a day before it started I was involved in a small crash were a car hit my car in the passengers side in the back under the fuel cover close to the tire but I don't think this small hit in the back should cause such damage.

Please help me what to do. Thanks

Almost guaranteed to be related to the work done or the starter itself. Take it back.

There's a long and detailed thread on this forum from someone who had a remote starter fitted to their car (I think it was an S-Type) and it created all sorts of problems. No doubt it's due to the remote start.

I would check the battery cables, they would have removed the cables for the install. Pay close attention to the ground cable.
