Forum member Bagpiping Andy has kindly offered to donate 2 Air Compressor repair kits to be used as prizes in a Prize Draw for these cars.

A little about Andy: A professional aerospace toolmaker machinist, he also enjoys fixing and making things in his spare time.

These kits are manufactured by him in his home workshop using his lathe and milling machine.

garage at home. I purchased the lathe and mill for small hobbies as I always had an interest in fixing

things, some ideas not so successful but the compressor kit is definitely one of the more successful

Solutions. I buy in the material in lengths of bar, get it into my garage, and out at the other end

comes a precision machined piston ring. I have been a toolmaker machinist since 1995 working for

major aerospace companies in the UK, and enjoy fixing and making things.
