Hoovie just posted a video on an XJ8 with 252,000 miles. Other than a shot rear bearing, it's in pretty good shape. Who says the post 2000 Jags are unreliable?

I sold a 96 XJ I had with 199K on it and it still ran fine, lots of other stuff was not perfect but that was the last of the 4.0 inline 6's and it still ran almost perfect. I follow Hoovie and think he should bring it back to daily driver condition, that rear wheel bearing though, what a idiot for driving it like that (not him the previous owner).

 

He has more money than brains, & a lot of nice car's.
