Hi all - getting the 1-7 code on my SRS system after having the headliner replaced. As far as I can tell, connections are good but I did find that one of the 4 sensors does not appear to be working. I still have yet to determine if that is because it is not getting the appropriate signal or if the transducer itself is just bad. With a tube, I can hear the rapid clicking from the other 3 but not this one. Its the one behind the passengers head in the middle of the headliner

Thinking ahead, assuming the connections check out, does anyone know where I can obtain one of these? From what I have read, I should be able to hear the clicking from all 4.

Specifically I think i need part #10 from this diagram, but haven't been able to find the rest of the diagram where the numbers are matched to their descriptions:



it snaps into the headliner in the center, behind the seats. It should be emitting faint rapid clicking, which the other 3 are. To see what I mean, take a paper towel tube and turn your ignition to position 2 and listen to each one. Ultrasonic transducers, pretty slick.

Before I order a new one, I will temporarily swap one of the others into this position to see if it works - that should tell me if it is indeed the sensor, or if there is something with the wiring. Wiring is most likely, however I'd like to be prepared in case it isn't, and i can't find a source anywhere!
