When do the amber and red side marker lights located on the sides of the front and rear bumper covers come on? I have never seen mine on, even when the lights are turned on.

 

They should be on when the lights are on. Water tends to seep into the lights sockets rusting the connections out. You may be able to clean them and/or replace the bulbs and get them working again or you can get them from ebay like I did. An example is:

both of my rear red marker lamps were burned out when I bought the car. They aren't sealed from the elements very well...sockets burned pretty badly too.

 

Yes, all four were burned out. The North American equivalent of the w5w bulb is 2825, by the way. All good now.
