There is a slightly annoying rattle coming from the headliner area aft of the sunroof opening. I hear it when closing a door or sometimes on the road.
Any ideas?
Loose fasteners or insert shims?
Another gold plated problem I know, but I do like this car!

 

Roughly in that area are downward facing pieces of flat metal attached to the roof.
Attached to the fiber backing of the headliner are corresponding female clips that press onto those pieces of metal.

Others in this forum have mentioned rattling if these clips are not pressed home.

If everything is lined up just press upwards on the headliner in that area.
