Hi, I have a failure code C1742 which corresponds to the failure of the rear parking aid speaker, but I can not find it.. I have read, that it is possible to access it from the trunk, but that car did not have subs, I have.. maybe it is still possible to access it from trunk (then how) or should I take out the back seat and back shelf out?

Maybe somebody has a photo with exact location of this rear parking aid speaker?

It's under the rear parcel shelf. You'll need to remove the rear seat cushion and seatback, c-pillar covers, and raise the parcel shelf.

 

Thanks, still maybe somebody have any photos of that rear shelf with beeper visible.. for example, from where does the wiring come to this parking aid beaper?

I believe that you can test the parking aid from the area of the rear lights wiring.
Use 'electrical guide'
