Shorting supercharger Intercooler water pump
 

I have a fuse -F24 in Engine bay fuse box: Intercooler water pump - that keeps popping.
Anyone experience with it?

Contextual history that may or may not be related:
- Got 8 fuel injectors replaced by a mechanic I know via via.
- A fuel pump is short circuiting (F33 in trunk fuse box) and computer throws a P0446: the fuse pops when reconnecting the passenger (right) side fuel pump. I'm looking to get the pump out and see what to replace/repair (not the issue in this thread). Got the back seat out already. Strangely the area underneath the backseat on the right side is soaked. Car has been in the rain while parked but there are no stains in the ceiling or the doors and the lining of the doors and car are immaculate. The moist smells like fresh water. No gasoline nor old water.
- Heater core fuse (F8 in trunk fuse box) was popped as well, replacement seems to hold fine.

For your entertainment I'm adding a picture of a ballast I got out where the head lamp assembly was missing a rubber ring (anyone know where to get that rubber ring?)

I would try a thin bead of silicone sealer or similar.
