Sport or Comfort Suspension 2005 VDP
I've had my 2005 Vanden Plas for 3 years, and really enjoy it. "nice ride". Now over 140K miles, I need to replace the front passenger strut (air leaking) . I've decided to use the Arnott Air Stut as a replacement. Arnott advertises Air Struts for XJ models with Comfort or Sport Suspensions. Now the Question: How do I verify if my 2005 VDP has a Comfort or Sport Suspension?

Dunno but usually only XJR's have sport suspension.
VdP's should have comfort shocks in principle.
If it's the original suspension setup, you may enter your VIN in the following application, it should indicate whether you have the standard or sport suspension:
