Default What is going on here?!?! The Flashing!!

Guys, I'm clueless on this one.

I re-did my headliner and it looks great. Took a weekend. I'll post a DIY thread on it sometime, it wasn't bad at all.

Got it all put back together, cranked it up and get a "right side repeater failure". Okay, that's simple enough but get this............

After the message comes up - if I turn on the light in the overhead console, the message goes away, but the overhead console light will flash alternately with the turn signal. As will the footwell and vanity mirror lights.

It's funny, but I've got no clue what in the world is going on. I'm about to cry.

Cheers
Nate

I would add, the rear turn signal flashes correctly. Only the front and side marker blinkers aren't working. This leads me to believe that it's not the repeater.

Sounds to me like an earthing (grounding) fault ..
like when rear lights flash with indicators!! looks like you have disturbed a grounding connection....
hope you fix it soon and without too much bother..
regards ...John...

X 2.

The marker light is grounding through the overhead bulb...when the overhead is turned on. Find the ground for the side marker and I am sure you will find the problem.

It's funny how we often overlook the simplest things. Took the headliner back down, checked all harness connections and grounds, everything okay. Sitting there, baffled, a small voice in my head asked, "have you checked the fuses yet, smart guy?" Sure enough, F24 was blown. Replaced it with another 10A and no error. Appreciate all of the help.
