Unhappy 97 X300 Faults common to all 3 solenoids? Cant figure out problem

Hey everyone. Still have not figured out the cause of my trans problem. Been forced to drive in one gear for the past 200 miles; trans fault light illuminated. Have taken it many places. No luck so far.
Problem seems to have gotten worse. Sometimes when I start it up no codes are shown. Then as I drive in first gear it revs high and does not shift into second; RPMs get to 2500 then bangs into a high gear; trans fault light illuminates and im stuck in one gear. When shifting into reverse most of the time it engages with a thud.

The codes I get are 3 codes referring to all 3 solenoids; ive been told by other members to look for a circuit fault common to all 3 solenoids.
anyone have this problem before?
I've taken it to trans. shops and they want to rebuild the trans but wont bother looking into harness chafing, wire jumpers, etc. like others have suggested.
Any help appreciated. I fear I am doing damage to my car by continuing to drive in the high gear. When I am on the fwy I do stay around 2500rpms(~55mph); not to mention I have no low end; dangerous to drive it this way but cant figure out what to do. I would hate to drop a few grand getting trans rebuilt then find out it was a much simpler problem.
Thanks everyone for your time.

XJR/XJ12 (GM 4L80E) or XJ6 (ZF 5HP24) transmission?

The 4L80E's in Jaguar installations did have some issues with the electrical connector going into the transmission. Often caused by transmission mount (spring/insulator) issues.

I had similar symptoms when I rebuild the valve body in my S-Type - the solenoid block electrical connector hadn't properly engaged (very difficult to remove/install on the 5R55N transmission -while in the car) - I got error codes for all three solenoids and then other related (to those solenoids not working) error codes.

It is a XJ6 sorry forgot to mention. Thanks for your input. The dealer tells me it needs a valve body but I dont trust them very much. I need some trans specialists to thoroughly check the connections In the tranny before replacing the valve body. Would that be something they could do? The shops ive taken it to wont look they say 127k miles so i need a rebuild. The other shops wont even look at it when i say its a Jag. We dont have the best options in Hawaii when it comes to shops.
