I need some help, 97 XJ6L wipers won;t park, I've replaced the wiper motor, swaped all relays and even replaced the BCM module,with known good module, Mitchell-Shop Key & alldata are no help at all. Jensen: The XJ40's, of which mine is a '91 MY, has a wiper park micro switch housed in the motor assembly. It's a small part - I think about 40 dollars to replace, and almost no sweat. I have no idea if your '97 has something similar, but it's worth a look.
