B30F4 and P13B0 pending trouble codes
I've had the two codes pending for the past months but after doing as much research as I can but haven't found any useful information as to what these codes could be.
I always seem to get them come up on my ultra guage after doing a hard pull from about 65mph to >90mph. I read somewhere that it could be the neutral safety switch but my car only starts in either "P" or "N" so I don't think there's anything wrong with the switch...?
By the way, this is on my 97 XJR

Generic and Jaguar specific OBD-II Diagnostic Trouble Codes
seems to say that
P13B0 would be ignition misfire, then B0 could be bank B, cylinder 1
Then again, shouldn't everything after the P be numeric? Maybe try a code
reader/software combination that presents the data as all numeric.

Hi Alb,
Unless a proper solution comes along here, why not simply clear it once in a while and go on about your business? Pending codes stay that way when there are few, or no more similar minor occurrences, and who knows how many it will take before the "Diagnostic Manager" sets the CEL?
I'm not familiar with any alphanumeric code system for this car either. Perhaps that is how pending codes stay until it is decided which code will be set hard?

I guess I could just keep clearing it like I have been for the past few months but I'm curious to see if it is affecting performance. The pending code alarm only goes off after I do a hard pull (merging onto the freeway or from 65mph to 90mph)
Could it be related to the secondary fuel pump?
