Ok did what you guys said and the fluid began bubbling out of the tank like crazy! I shut the car off after that but the problem continues. Car still over heats and fans don't turn on automatically like they used to. They don't even turn on when I put th a/c on. Any ideas?

The bubbling is the air coming out of the system.

You need to do that until no more bubbling, then the air will be expelled.

You need to check the relay, is power going in and coming out?

There's definitely power going to the relay. I'm going to try what you said about the bubbling.

Thanks to everyone for your help! I decided to try the thermostat and boom! The car no longer over heats and the fans are working as they should! Turns out the thermostat burned when the car overheated! RESOLVED!

Excellent news. Glad you got it sorted.

Thanks for updating us with the result, not many do.

When Jaguar changed the wiring so the fans came on when the ignition comes on they did it by installing a jumper in the system. You can see the jumper easily if it is there. Look on the right rear of the engine compartment very close to the firewall close to the cam cover. It stands out since it doesn't look like the normal wiring. There is a wiring connector that has been disconnected and a jumper plugged into one side of the connector. If you remove the jumper and put the connector back togrther the fans only run when the tempt switch tells them to. But, you want the jumper there.
