Crank damper (Harmonic Balancer)

You need to undo the crank bolt which is done up tight, very tight! When i did it, i put a breaker bar onto the bolt, leant it against the chassis (somewhere where it wont damage anything) then gave the ignition key a quick flick.
Once off, you may need a puller to get the old pulley off.
One thing to note, it needs to be done back up really tight. You dont want it falling off at any speed!

Crank Damper Replacement
