Loose seat on forward & reverse track

Loose seat on forward & reverse track
The following is a problem definitely not unique to the X300. Literally every car I've ever owned with power seats eventually over many years and miles has developed a little bit of slop in the drivers power seat in any one of its axis of movement but most often in the front/rear axis.
This even happens over time with manual seats sometimes....
This is usually noticed when stopping/starting the movement of the car where the seat can be felt moving just a little bit on the track. Although the movement is slight, it is usually very noticeably felt as it has "hard" stops in the movement making it feel sharp.
Depending on the make/model of the car, sometimes this really isn't fixable without replacing the track or some gear mechanism that has become worn.
But I'm curious if anyone has looked into the X300 power seat rack specifically and knows of any fix, adjustment, etc that can tighten it up?

Ha, look at that, forgot I had already asked the question in this thread
....still no experience with this issue and resolution?
I saw someone selling a brass gear for another series in the "for sale" section at one point, so I wonder if there is something similar as the cause/solution for the X300?
