I was trying to color match the Nimbus Grey (LF) color in my 1997 XJR to repaint some plastic parts and found getting an exact match difficult as Nimbus Grey is not really fully gray, has hints of beige and some of the parts in the car vary in their own interpretation of Nimbus Grey

But I have found the following two examples a reasonably close match depending on where the part is located and adjacent to other Nimbus Grey parts:

SEM Classic Coat Silver Gray 17353 - This has more of a true silver content, and is a bit brighter and lighter. It seems to match the leather a bit more closely.

SEM Color Coat Opel Gray 15803 - This has slightly higher beige content that seems to more closely match some of the hard plastic parts.

Neither is a perfect match, but then again much of the factory plastic and vinyl varies quite a bit. So hopefully you may find these helpful if trying to match a Nimbus Grey interior.

This is a hard color to match, depending on the part in the car as the plastics and leather can vary in color themselves and in certain light. As I've played with this some more, the colors above are a close match to some parts, but may not be the best.

The next color I've found to be a better match to the Nimbus Grey hard plastic trim is SEM Classic Coat Light Gray 17123
