Default Steering Wheel and Mirror Motor Trouble?

Ok,

I am trying to pick the X300 brains for some guidance.

When I bought my 96 XJ6 a week ago the steering wheel tilt and telescope didnt work, nor did the power mirrors. Here is what I know...

1) There is NO noise of any motor/movement at all when I try to adjust the steering tilt and tele, (good thing its set in a good spot!)
2) There is NO noise of any motor/movement for the power mirrors.
3) Power seats work great, but memory feature seems jacked up, I basically leave that alone.

I checked all the fuses, they all look great. However I find it hard to believe that BOTH of these motors would be completely out, no noise or anything.

Could this be the "memory module", or some kind of module? Its like there is no power going to these two things, or the motors are blow. Before I go tearin things up I was hoping someone could chime in with a "replace this module" or "try this".

In regards to the memory seat featrue, when I turn that on (at the steering wheel knob) it goes to a memory, just one I havent set! Even with that on the steering nor the mirrors never move. I am thinking a lack of power to those units because of some module?

Any suggestions?

I have the same exact problem, I know that there is column/mirror movement module under the steering wheel. I even opened the module and checked all the module connections, but this didn't help either. Any help appreciated...
