Default Thinking of grading XJ8 Head Lamps for my XJ6 Lamps....
hello, I have a 96 XJ6 and was thinking of upgrading the headlamps to the 98-03 Model XJ8. Has anyone done this? Does it fit directly into the bracket? What about the light? Does it fit directly into the lamp with any alteration? I have a HID kit and do not want to ruin it.

I have an HID kit in my headlamps and they work great! ORdered them from ddmtuning and they were plug and play. Dont know why you'd want to goto the trouble of mounting headlights that may or may not fit.just my two cents
