Towing point

Hey,
I'm wondering if our cars have fixed towing point, or the kind you have a towing eye to screw into the chassis?
I have to tow the car since it's currently at the side of the road, as the CPS sensor gave up. And I don't know if I'll be able to tow it, since I don't have the emergency kit anymore, as I had to remove spare wheel and all the bits to get LPG tank fitted there....

In the front bumper there is a towing eye poking through on RHS on UK cars. This is made more accessible by removing the vane which has three half turn plastic screws retaining it.

One towing eye will originally have been in the tool kit. The second is removed and discarded during PDI. Although called 'towing' eyes, they are primarily designed for vehicle tie down during shipping from the factory.

A non running Jaguar is an animal to tow having no servo braking or power steering.

The details escape me at the moment, but be aware of the restrictions re; towing an automatic. Ideally they should be towed backwards, on the front wheels, with the rear wheels raised.
Otherwise, speed and distance are specifically restricted/limited. There are posts about this which might be worth searching for.
Best option is a flat bed truck.
