Transmission light on 95 XJ6

Hi,

I haven't got the owner's manual for this car yet

I was wondering if someone could help me

I have on the top left of the instrument cluster an orange light on
It looks like a transmission, but I am not sure

Can someone tell me the meaning of this light on ?
