Where to BUY REPLACEMENT PARTS X300 Suggestions

Get online and plug in year, xj6 and the lingo for country you are addressing. Many results pop up. Remember though overseas IE: bonnet for hood, boot for trunk. In England the harmonic balancer is called the engine dampener etc. There are places in England that sell the "left driver side" parts LDS (American XJ6) cheaper than parts offered in the US. I found this to be true for power steering hoses at : britishparts.co.uk, is a great website and shipping is free if you can claim a business which my wife has. They ship quick either way. Got the harmonic balancer on ebay for under 300 by another company, rebuilt, but 1 yr warranty. Also Parts geek can get you most parts and Rock Auto is also good. Rock Auto has many choices to fit your budget but not all parts for our jag. Ebay can work well if you write the contact and bid on something you want from their store and they agree. sometimes they won't. To me the hard part is finding a free viewing technical manual (or download) to do the repairs. Please help in this area with a response, thanks.

Why don't you just download it from the stickies?

I find the quickest way to research part number is via Jaguar Classic Parts and to some degree Rock Auto.

Then once I find the part number, I just Google the part number for Jag part vendors, search eBay (US, CA and UK) and Rock Auto and see where it is cheapest.
