My wiper isn't working on any of the setting but the windshield still shoots out fluid but no wiper movement. I changed the relay about 6 months ago and I suspect it blew again. Where is the location of it. And do you have a diagram? Do you agree this is the problem again?

 

Hi. My wipers on my '96 VDP worked intermittently. I found a broken wire in the steering column about where the wires flexed when the steering wheel was tilted.
