XJ6 1996 Window question.
 

Whenever it rains or I wash the car and the windows get wet, when i go to put them up they shake and make a noise like as if water got inbetween, and thne when they dry it go up very slowly, its mainly on the front windows, not on the back, does anyone have this problem or know anything of it?
