xjr starts cold but dies during warm up

Hey guys I have a 97 xjr that starts cold and idles until it gets warm then dies and won't start til it cools back down. I have replaced the intake gasket thinking I had a leak, have good fuel rail pressure during warm up. Does anyone have any ideas? thanks

Coolant temp sensor maybe? If it's skewed "cold" then the mxiture will be too rich after the engine warms up....sorta like an old automatic choke stuck fully closed.

Just a thought.
