2002 XJR 100 Car Phone
My 2002 XJR came with the Jaguar Motorola phone in the armrest and I was wondering if there is a way to hook in my own cellphone rather than having to subscribe to the factory phone. Is there a way one could interface with the car phone system bypassing the factory phone?

You know with phone technology moving faster than even an XJR it might be pointless trying to use the system that's in place if you plan keeping the car for more than a short while-after all it is six year old technology and will proably leave you feeling a bit frustrated if you're used to a modern cell phone
My own inclination would be to look for an aftermarket bluetooth kit - you may lose the factory look, nut you will gain a lot of usability |

The phone system in your car is not supportedby any provider since it is not a digital system. Parts aren't being made for this sytem either. I completely agree by using an aftermarket bluetooth system. PARROT would be company I would go for. Good luck.
