Default 2004 XJ8 Fuel Gauge Not Working

I have a 2004 Jaguar XJ8 and the fuel gauge is not working properly. It sometimes shows empty and the low fuel level light cones on even with a full tank. The fuel sending unit and fuel pump have been replaced with genuine Jaguar parts. the Rear Electronic Module has been rebuilt and the fuel gauge and electrical system have been tested with no issues found. After these repairs the fuel gauge shows about a quarter tank full when the tank is full. My local repair shop suggested that I take it to the dealer. I contacted Jaguar Anaheim Hills, CA and they said they don't have the computer required to resolve this issue. Does anyone know who might have the proper Jaguar computer system to resolve this issue or what else might be suggested?

Highhorse is correct that this needs to be addressed in the X350 section.
There are TWO senders and Jaguar issued TSBs for this fault.

Also, I was told that in addition to the one separate sending unit on one side the other side where the fuel pump is has the other sending unit built into it so both sending units were replaced.
