ABS light goes off after I turn the car off and then restart
I had a local guy
Module Repair Pro INC
try to fix my ABS module and its better...but not fixed. It'll still pop on from time to time but if I turn the car off and restart it the light goes out. I'm going to yank it out and take it back to him but I wanted to ask you guys if you've seen this before and what the fix might be. I want to lead him in a direction and not just "hope" its done correctly this time if at all possible
Thanks!

When you turn off the car, the ABS self test does not happen again until you reach 5mph. If it comes on every time you reach 5mph after a restart ... it's not fixed.
Then again, it could also be wiring and sensors. One of the front harnesses is too short and turning the wheels will affect the circuit.

It's possible that the solder repair was not done right, but plums comment about other causes is more likely correct. I had a module with a circuit problem that kept reporting a left front sensor error, even after swapping the sensor and cable with the right side.
You will save a lot of trouble by having the C codes read, hopefully at an independent, but a dealer if necessary, and then post the code here.

When I let any of my X308 sit for a week or 2 I get the ABS fault when I start the engine.
The fault display goes OFF when I restart. The BATTERY VOLTAGE is low and that causes the fault.
If you read other modules you will probably find the fault "battery voltage low" in several.
I would make SURE that the battery is not at fault before condemning modules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just to be certain, stop at a auto parts store and ask them to load test the battery. The fact that you bought it this year does not guarantee it is charged fully and does not have an internal problem. The many connections to the hot and ground side of the battery could also be causing a problem.

Without actually reading the module for DTCs we are all GUESSING!!!!!!!!!!!
C1095 is the DTC for the pump motor failure.
You could have an intermittent open circuit to one of the link harnesses to a speed sensor.
It might be.............

C1145
Wheel speed sensor circuit right front electrical failure
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Wheel speed sensor open or short circuit
Wheel speed sensor to CM circuit: high resistance, open circuit or short circuit to ground
Wheel speed sensor failure
CM failure
I would guess the link harness is faulty although I have a few modules with 'HARD FAULTS' that were NOT from external faults but were faulty module 'internals'.
You could swap right and left front wheel speed link harnesses and if the fault follows the harness, you have your answer.
If the fault remains C1145 then it is either a sensor fault, CM fault or harness fault somewhere else in the car wiring.
