I ran DMH on my 96 Z28 1LE Borla catback with coated SLP 1 3/4 headers for over 50K with no problems whatsoever. One of the good guy companies in exhaust cut-out industry, some might be as good; but, not better!

Cost is modest too.
The flexibility to go from luxury car quiet to race car awesome and everything in between at the touch of a switch.
I mean, my garage door has a warning for Amerians...: "Do not drive through door untill fully open"
I can't vouch for the rest of the world, but there are a bunch of stupid, sue happy people over here in the states and every company/product made here has just about every warning known to man on it just to cover themselves in court. It's absolutely ridiculous. What's next? On a Coke can it'll say: WARNING! Do NOT overly enjoy this product!!
So then... I've ordered all parts required. They should be delivered tomorrow. I'll be cutting the front centre section open to see if it really is a silencer and if it is also an H pipe...
My 3.2l sounds like a full grown V8. Not a midget! Just need to get a couple of little leaks sorted. But I must say, it sounds very nice! Some people might say it is too loud, but hey, it cost me a total of €140 INCL. new rear silencers!
The videos are uploading but here is the construction process and finishing touches:
I unfortunately couldn't do many pictures/photos whilst doing the exhaust as I was under a "little" bit of timepressure... Well, little bit isn't quite right. Lot!
For information on this interesting thread, here is what I did on my 1998 XJR.
It's a first step, and depending on time and money, I'll check what I can do with the X-Pipe.
