Default Help bring my XJR R1 back to life? Pics

I bought this 03 R1 on Saturday. Seller stated the car as being a non runner. Well, I attempted to start it Sunday morning. It cranked over fine and ran for about 3 seconds and stalled out.

What I have noticed: Pics of this further down.
Mice were in the engine bay, chewed wires.
There is no coolant in the fill tank.
Very oily spark plugs. It's obvious the valve covers are leaking, but I'm not sure if that is why the spark plugs have oil on them.
Pulled the breather tube, on right side valve cover. And it looks milky. Could that be due to condensation or bad head gaskets? I have no clue.

Anyways, onto some positive stuff. Car is way cleaner than the CL ad made me think. Has 1 year old Michelins on it, and Milans with Brembos. Which I know is factory.

As far as fixing the wiring, my dad has an 01 xjr with the top end out, making it easy to get to the wiring. I guess soldering it into mine would be best?

This is the \"milky" appearance that scares me.

Mice chewed throttle body wires.

More chewed wires. This is by the coolant temp sensor.

The plug/coil on the far left is the cylinder closest to the front of the car. The far left, closest to the firewall.

More milk that has me scared.

If the dipstick oil isn't milky I wouldn't be too concerned.

It's not. I checked it several times lol. Those 4 plugs and coil packs were from the right bank. I pulled the left bank, will post pics.

Nice catch Brandon, looking like a nice machine.
Sure you will get that up and running with some patience (and $$), surprised it ran at all with all those wires eaten away ...

Ant that oil on the plugs, it could be as simple as heavy leaking spark plug seals in the cover.
They slowly submerge the sparkplugs, and the oil will drip down while you remove them.

Thanks guys! If it runs good and drives good, I might keep it and sell the 02 Sport. I'll be honest, I paid $850 USD for the car. Forgot to post this pic.

Also, my dad sent me these pics earlier today. From his 01 xjr parts car.

Great looking R1, especially for $850! Best of luck with the wiring/plug repairs. Hopefully that's all she'll need to be back on the road.

The parts xjr car is either an 01 or 02. Can't remember exactly. But the wiring pigtails my dad took off of it, do have the gold pins. Making me think 02.

Anyways, the pedal position sensor wires aren't the same colors. Do you guys think that will cause a bad reading? I took pics, but hard to tell what I am talking about by looking at the picture. The wires up top on my car are: orange, orange. The top two on the pigtail from the parts car are: orange, red.

Also, I'm not sure what sensor this is, but as you can see, the colors do not match either.

Those wires may match. Look beyond the black cover. You may have to download the wiring diagram if you haven't done so already to trace the circuits and see if the different colors still heve the same terminus at the other end.

Lol! Did a lot of thinking yesterday, and research. I don't think electricity cares what color the wires are. I highly doubt the the functions for each wire changed for 01-03 on xjr's.

can someone get me a pic from there xjr, in that spot? I ask because that pigtail has 3 wires coming from it. But the harness right under it has 4 wires in the loom.
