hmm
The BBS Montreal isn't all that rare.
The 19" version is. I've been looking for a spare set for nearly 3 years. But then only 85 odd cars where sold in the UK.
I've seen a few XJR-100s on the street before, so they seem to be deceivingly common as well.
USA total XJR 100 241.
50 states, works out at 4-5 per state average, it's quite possible you've seen a 'few', but more likely black XJR's.

Trust me, whomever says I confused an XJR with an XJR-100... I can tell the difference. A woman who lived in an adjacent neighbourhood in Orlando drove an XJR-100 to work every day! I know the difference, please. I just mean that they get driven unlike many rare cars, so you'll see them more often. I knew saying that would anger everyone!

Well here is a good place to put the first few shots I've made since I bought my cat. Nothing special, still waiting to finish with all the repairs over the car and then turn it into a Hollywood star
For all the fellows from US - this photos are made about on the other side of the world... literally
Enjoy...

EDIT: Just seen that post. oh well!
Sorry folks,
there was only a very limited number of indicators (10 sets) and side markers (5 sets) mandmade and those were offered to the Austrian and German colleagues. I would have been very pleased to offer something here, but since the mould is worn out this is not possible.

Wow these XJR-100s that you all have sure are sexy. These cars and the Quattroporte have to be the best looking 4-door sedans on the road right now. I think they look better than the XKR-100. The XJR-100 is the only X308 that I like more than my own car. (Not to knock other X308s, just commenting on how much I like the XJR-100).
How many compliments from strangers do you all get? My car gets them all the time (and a lot of what kind of car is that comments?) and some have even offered to buy it. The XJR-100 must draw crowds.

Yes, she is (Misty). She went to another home when the XJR100 (Ewar) arrived and is still running somewhere up in Scotland, I think. I still miss her from time to time. Unparalleled comfort ride and LWB. I think she may have had the comfort pack although I didn't know of its existence at the time.

Sweet colour, I'm not sure it was available (maybe special order) here in the UK.
