x308 in Quantum of Solace
 

There's a very brief scene in the last Bond movie which uses an x308 Daimler Super V8. It's not super exciting, but these cars don't show up in movies every day.

Listen carefully after the car is put into gear and right as it's driven away...there's a nice POP from the suspension or differential. :)

Oddly enough I'm watching that movie for the first time right now and I'm busy crying over what they do to the poor Austin Martin. I'm also having man lust thoughts on the Land Rover Defenders in it :D

their is a jaguar xjr in casino royale to, these cars are in many bond movies

That one as well as Mr.white xj8 were 2006, the only other dimler in james bond was a small section in die another day at the yacht club it was black

I'm pretty sure one of the world leaders in "London Has Fallen" (2016) is riding in an x308 which blows up! What a waste...but I couldn't help but wonder if the filmmakers realized they could a used x308 to blow up for a low low price and keep their production costs down.

Not sure that's a 308 in Solace.

But I read somewhere that the people who do the die-cast models for the James Bond part-work series made a mistake and issued a model X350 instead of an X308. Can anyone confirm or deny that? I'm not sure I can tell the difference.
