Default 1973 S1 Factory lowered ride height and sport suspension?

Is that true? I have read, mainly here 1973 Jaguar XJ6 Sedan that the 1973 Series 1 had factory lowered ride height and sport suspension. I can't find and confirmation of this. I will say that the one in the picture looks like the front end sits a bit lower than mine does (judging by the space between top of tire and fender).

I've never heard of a "Sports Suspension" option on a Ser I, II, or III.

As a rule if one looks appreciably lower than another it's because the springs are a bit saggy.

Cheers
