Your 1995 XJ6 is known as an X300, and way more modern than those in this section.
A quick repost in the X300 section should get better/more results.
The rack ends, as they are known down here, are generally quite available as an aftermarket item, in lieu of the OE rack assembly.
I will leave more answers from the guys in your market, so as to not lead you astray.
