Yes, you can see that the front caps are not on the wheels because of the fit. Look close at the picture, here is another

What are the specs on the asteroid rims? Diameter, back spacing, offset?

Wheel Name = Asteroid
Diameter = 18”
Width = 8”
Offset = +33mm
PCD = 5x120.65mm (5x4.75”)
Centre Bore = 73.9mm
