Cold Air Intake

Hi Everyone.

Does anyone know of a cold air intake kit to fit a 1993 XJ6 (X40) 4.0?

I have looked everywhere and can't find one.

I would appreciate any advice.

You can fab one up with a kit from the local autozone. the kit sells for about $40 and has enough in it to make your own. It is not the best quality stuff, but it does work for the not so common car.

I do not live in America, but will still check them out....thanks again.

go to autozone.com and looked up your car. It will be a universal kit. They do ship internationally.

Try posting in the XJ40 forums, this section is intended for the Series 1-3 models. They might have some more specific suggestions for you.

I met a person at my new job today from Dominica, and looked it up on Wikipedia. I admit I didn't know much about it. Welcome to the forums!

Actually two of us had to look it up, as we had only heard of Dominican Republic. I learned about the Caribs that still live in Dominica, and some of the history. Pretty interesting!

Perhaps these Caribs know about cold air intakes?

Perhaps you can ask them?

I'll do that next time I visit Dominica.
